MEGALOPOLIS UNDERGROUND 

Mexico City, with 19.4 million inhabitants, and Sao Paolo (Brazil), with 18.3 million, are the largest cities in Latin America.

Both megalopolises have efficient and complex underground metro systems, which transport more than 4 million passengers every day.

However, at rush hours some stations are severely overcrowded and identity and the limits of personal space are eroded; you enter into a kind of non-place in which territory and time are ill-defined, where you become ‘no-one’ and ‘everyone’, part of an amorphous, heaving mass.
